What Happens When You Get in Touch
Most people who call us have been living with the same problem for months and are not sure whether it is fixable. So the first conversation is not a sales call — it is us working out what is actually going on.
The first call
You describe what your dog is doing, when it happens, and what you have already tried. You do not need the right vocabulary for any of it. "He goes mad when the doorbell rings" tells us plenty.
We will tell you whether it is something we handle, roughly what it usually takes, and what the next step would be. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
How quickly you hear back
Calls are answered during business hours, and messages sent through the form are usually returned the same working day. If you get in touch over a weekend, expect to hear from us on Monday.
The consultation
The next step is a consultation in your home, because that is where the behaviour actually happens. It runs around two hours.
Your trainer watches your dog in their own environment, asks about the routine, and starts working with you both there and then — you will see how we train rather than just hear about it. You finish with a written plan and a clear recommendation, sized to the problem rather than to the biggest package we sell.
After that
Most training happens in your home, one to one. Group classes come later, once your dog is ready to work with other dogs around. Which programme suits you depends on what came out of the consultation.

When we are available
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday appointments available in most markets.
What it costs
Our programmes start at $975 and go up to $2,650 depending on how much training your dog needs. Financing and monthly payment plans are available through ScratchPay. The consultation is where we work out which one fits.
