What Happens When You Get in Touch
Most people who call us have been living with the same problem for months and are not sure whether it is fixable. The first call will give you guidance on what we can do to help.
The first call
You describe what your dog is doing, when it happens, and what you have already tried. You do not need the right vocabulary for any of it. "He goes mad when the doorbell rings" tells us plenty.
We will tell you whether it is something we handle, roughly what it usually takes, and what the next step would be. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
How quickly you hear back
Calls are answered during business hours, and messages sent through the form are usually returned the same working day. If you get in touch over a weekend, expect to hear from us on Monday.
The consultation
The next step is a consultation in your home, because that is where the behaviour actually happens. It is two hours of assessment, education, and demonstration.
Your trainer watches your dog in their own environment, asks about the routine, and starts working with you both there and then — you will see how we train rather than just hear about it. You finish with a plan and clear directions on what to do next.
After that
You will continue working with your trainer through your private sessions. You will be graduated to group class once your in-home sessions are complete. Following group class, you will have refresher lessons to use depending on the program you selected.
Hours and Pricing
When we are available
We train 7 days a week -- weekdays and weekends. Our office is available for calls from 10am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
Our prices range from $375 to $2,650 depending on how much training your dog needs. Financing and monthly payment plans are available through ScratchPay.
