Comprehensive Consultation

Your training journey starts with an in-depth, two-hour consultation led by one of our experienced trainers. This initial session allows us to understand your goals, assess your dog’s behavior, and evaluate your home environment to identify the most effective path forward. You’ll also see practical training techniques in action, including foundational skills such as sit, place, and polite leash handling, giving you a clear picture of how the process works.

Private Training Sessions

From raising a well-mannered puppy to improving obedience or addressing issues such as aggression and anxiety, our private training sessions are designed to support dogs of every breed, size, and personality. Each program is comprehensive, covering essential skills like leash manners, house training, independence, and more—so you can see real progress across all areas of daily life.

Group Training

Our group classes are designed to help dogs perform reliably in everyday situations, not just at home. These sessions go beyond foundational commands, focusing on working around distractions, refining advanced obedience, and preparing for Canine Good Citizen standards. Participation in group training is included as a benefit of our Trainer on Retainer and Priority programs, giving clients ongoing opportunities to strengthen skills in real-world settings.

Pre-Purchase and Adoption Consultation

Expecting Parents Program

Expecting a baby and wondering how your dog will adjust? We help you prepare in advance by teaching calm behaviors, clear boundaries, and safe routines before your child arrives. Taking these steps early reduces stress for everyone and helps your dog adapt smoothly, giving you greater confidence as your family grows.

Service Dog Training

We provide specialized training for Mobility Assistance, Hearing, and Psychiatric Service Dogs. These programs involve an intensive, long-term partnership between you, your dog, and our expert trainers to ensure reliable task performance and public-ready behavior. Our goal is to develop a service dog that is not only highly skilled, but also confident, dependable, and fully prepared to support your daily life.

Therapy Dog Training

We prepare dogs and handlers to successfully meet the standards required for therapy dog certification. Our program focuses on calm temperament, reliable obedience, and confident behavior in a variety of environments. We partner with Dogs With A Purpose, a Wake County–based therapy dog organization, to provide official evaluation and certification opportunities upon completion.
